SELLER STANDARDS

Rules for selling on the marketplace

These operating standards explain the approval process. A final legal seller agreement and payment terms must be accepted before payouts are activated.

Before listing

  1. Provide accurate business and contact information.
  2. Sell only products you own or are authorized to distribute.
  3. Provide truthful descriptions, prices, ingredients, warnings, sizes and images.
  4. Do not list counterfeit, illegal, unsafe or recalled products.

Orders and customers

  1. Maintain accurate inventory.
  2. Ship within the promised handling time and provide valid tracking.
  3. Respond promptly to order, return and safety questions.
  4. Protect customer information and use it only to fulfill marketplace orders.

Owner control

Garner Market may approve, reject, pause or remove a listing or seller account when information is incomplete, customer safety is at risk or marketplace rules are not followed.
